git:merge-squash	MergeSquashHook	Squash-merge branch back to target; accepts branch and message params, reads branch from context when not supplied
git:worktree-add	WorktreeAddHook	Create a worktree + branch for a ticket at <repo_parent>/<ticket_id>/
